Jake has been engineering systems since he was 9 — starting with supercomputers built to handle complex computations, then spending nearly 2 decades across electrical, mechanical, audio, and software engineering. He founded Sync to put that experience to work for businesses facing a technological revolution they aren't equipped to navigate alone. His mission is simple: automate the work that drains people so they can spend their time on what matters.

Marcus is the technical architect behind every Sync product. He designs and builds the entire AWS infrastructure, engineers AI employee systems, develops agentic workflows, and writes the production code that powers everything Sync delivers. Jake brings the vision. Marcus makes it real.
